Hi, I am an assistant professor in the Computer Science Department at the West Chester University. I teach courses that cover topics in programming languages, telecommunications, data networks, and wireless communications.

My research interest broadly focuses on comprehensive risk management and optimization of resource sharing systems. Spectrum, which is the most valueable resource in wireless communications, forms the foundation of my current research. Currently, I investigate Dynamic Spectrum Access (DSA) from policy, ecnomy, and technology perspectives, as well as highly condensed heterogenous networks and device to device communication.
